"The Shining" is an incredible novel, and from what I've read, it's my second-favorite of the Stephen King novels, just behind "IT".
With any luck, I'll be finished the novel by tomorrow or the next day (I'm about 9/10 the way through the book now), and I'll get right to work drawing from it as I have from his previous work.
After that, however, I think I'll take a break from drawing Stephen King related stuff and upload some of my own original artwork...

In my case, the Dark Tower saga is my favorite.

I love your drawing of the bird Mike saw, and the Drowned Boys.
I'm just getting into Stephen King books now; I've read "IT," "Carrie," and a few of his short stories. I think I want to read "The Shining," next.
Any suggestions (books/drawings)?
I have a few myself. Come check them out and let me know what you think.
Have you read very much Stephen King?
